Edison Park Fest 2026 Food Vendor Application Form

  • Dear Food Vendor,

    We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Taste of Edison Park 2026. The Edison Park Chamber of Commerce will sponsor Edison Park Fest 2026 on Friday, August 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Saturday, August 29th from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and Sunday, August 30th from 11:00 a.m. to 9 p.m.

    In past years, this fest has drawn upwards of 30,000 people and is a much-anticipated neighborhood event!  In addition to the Taste of Edison Park, the Fest features live entertainment, beer garden, business expo, craft fair, bingo, carnival rides and much more.

    Below you will find the 2026 Taste of Edison Park Rules & Regulations, please review. Next, complete the following application which stands as your booth committment form. There is a seperate $250 refundable security deposit due by July 1st, 2026. 

    All other completed documentation, Summer Festival Sanitation Certificate, Certificate of Liability Insurance (Naming the City of Chicago and the Edison Park Chamber of Commerce as additional insured), Health Inspection Certificate from a Licensed Kitchen and the City of Chicago Special Event Food License Application is due no later than July 1st, 2026.

    Please be sure to read the rules and regulations and be prepared to adhere to them as they will be strictly enforced. Also note, we do have two food exclusions corn dogs & funnel cakes. Submission of your application does not guarantee space.  You will be notified when you are accepted.
