TOTAL ENVY ATHLETICS

Welcome to Total Envy Athletics. Our program is designed for athletes committed to excellence, discipline, and teamwork. Participation requires a full-season commitment from both athletes and parents. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept all policies, expectations, and financial obligations outlined below.

Competitive cheer is a full-season commitment.

The Total Envy Athletics season runs from May 2026 through March 2027.

Athletes and parents understand that team placement is determined by coaches and may change based on team needs, skill level, or program development.

Participation in the program requires dedication to all scheduled practices, competitions, and team events.

By accepting placement on a Total Envy Athletics team, families agree to the following financial obligations.

$200 Early Bird Registration (until May 1, 2026)
$225 Registration after May 1, 2026

This fee secures an athlete's roster position and is non-refundable.

$500

Includes:

• Full competition uniform
• 2 team bows
• Competition shoes
• Team backpack
• Team jacket

Uniform packages are required and non-refundable once ordered.

$250 per month beginning May 15, 2026

Tuition is due on the 15th of every month.

Tuition includes:

• Team practices
• Tumbling instruction
• Routine choreography
• Competition fees
• Team training

Payments not received within 5 days of the due date will incur a $25 late fee.

Athletes with outstanding balances may:

• Be restricted from practice
• Be restricted from competitions
• Lose team placement if balances remain unpaid

All payments made to Total Envy Athletics are non-refundable, including:

• Registration fees
• Tuition payments
• Uniform costs
• Competition fees
• Choreography fees

If an athlete quits, is dismissed, or leaves the program for any reason, the parent/guardian remains financially responsible for all remaining balances for that month.

Attendance is critical to team success.

Athletes are required to attend all scheduled practices, choreography sessions, and competitions.

Athletes must also arrive in proper practice or competition attire.

Failure to comply with the attire policy will result in a $10 infraction fee.

Excessive absences may result in:

• Removal from routine positions
• Placement as an alternate
• Removal from the team

Excused absences may include:

• Illness
• Family emergency
• School-required events

All absences must be communicated to coaches in advance whenever possible.

Athletes selected for competition teams must participate in all scheduled events.

Families understand:

• Competitions may require travel
• Competition schedules may change

Athletes who miss mandatory competitions may lose their team placement.

Athletes representing Total Envy Athletics must demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and respect.

Athletes are expected to:

• Follow coach instructions
• Support teammates
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Represent the program with integrity

The following behaviors may result in disciplinary action or dismissal:

• Bullying or harassment
• Disrespect toward coaches or teammates
• Disruptive behavior at practices or competitions
• Unsportsmanlike conduct

Parents are expected to support a positive team environment.
Parents may not:

• Confront coaches during practice or competitions
• Disrupt team events
• Engage in negative discussions about the program

Concerns must be addressed through scheduled meetings with team management.
Failure to follow this policy may result in athlete dismissal from the program.

Athletes and parents agree not to post negative, harmful, or defamatory comments regarding:

• Total Envy Athletics
• Coaches
• Athletes
• The program
• Any other team or program

Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action or removal from the team.

Cheerleading and tumbling involve physical activity and risk of injury.
By signing this agreement, parents and athletes acknowledge these risks and release Total Envy Athletics, its owners, coaches, and staff from liability related to injuries sustained during practices, competitions, or events.

I grant permission for Total Envy Athletics to use photographs and video of my athlete for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media and advertising.

By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all policies and financial obligations outlined in this contract.
