I authorize ACH payment/payments, to my checking/savings account. I understand that this authorization will remain in effect until the account has been paid in full or other arrangements have been secured for payment. I agree to notify Currie Drilling within a reasonable time frame of no less than 5 days prior to payment date, if there are any changes to account or draft date. I understand that if noted payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be deducted the next business day. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I certify that I am an authorized user of the noted bank account and will not dispute the transactions with my bank; so long as the transactions correspond with amount owed.
