  • Service Description

  • I, Rachel Earle (Lead Etiquette), will provide dog waste removal services on the property listed above. Services include picking up dog waste.

  • The client understands that poop scoop services are completed once all dog waste on the property has been removed. There is no set timeline for service completion; Lead Etiquette Co. prioritizes thoroughness and quality of care over speed
  • Property Access & Instructions

  • I have permission to access the property for the purpose of dog waste removal.
  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all gates, doors, and access points are properly secured. Lead Etiquette Co. is not responsible for any incidents, escapes, or injuries that occur if gates or doors are left open, unlocked, or improperly secured during or after service.
  • Hygiene, Liability & Safety Disclaimer

  • Lead Etiquette will take reasonable care while providing this service

    The client releases Rachel Earle (Lead Etiquette) from liability for injuries, property damage, or accidents during service.

    The client acknowledges that all poop scoops and boots are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with bleach after each service to help prevent disease. While Lead Etiquette Co. maintains the highest standards of hygiene and care, the company is not responsible for any illness or health issues that may occur in the client's dog(s).

    The client understands that dogs may have unpredictable behaviour and agrees that I am not responsible for incidents caused by the dog(s).

  • Please be advised that the dog is not be out at the time of clean up.

  • Payment Terms

    • Fee per service: $120min small yard 1 dog, fee is NOT priced until arrived at yard
    • Waste removal? Yes. No? $40 for Lead Etiquette to dispose of.
    • Payment due: if E transfer or PayPal before service, Cash preferred before/after service
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

    For yard cleanups, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a $20 late cancellation fee will be added to the service.
