Do you have a 11-16 year old who you think would benefit from F45 workouts?

We are offering the following:

April School Holidays 'Next Gen' workouts

2 sessions per week:

✔️Wed April 8 and Fri April 10

✔️Wed April 15 and Fri April 17

All workouts will follow the F45 model but will be modified to suit the age and stage of each child all while being fun.

2 qualified Coaches in every session.

$40 for 1 week (2 sessions)

$70 for 2 weeks (4 sessions)

Session times: 10.30am-11.30am OR 1.30pm-2.30pm
