IKIDZ SUMMER ENROLLMENT POLICY

This policy applies to all students in grades TK to 7 who enroll in our Summer Camps/Programs 2026

Summer enrollment spots will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis during this period. Securing your child’s spot during the early registration period is highly recommended.

Missed classes or days will not be prorated, refunded, or compensated.

Once a program is full, a waitlist will be created for each session. If a spot becomes available, those on the waitlist will be notified in the order of their registration.

Students must be picked up on time at the end of their program each day. Parents will be charged a late pick up fee of $1 per minute late after the end of the program each day. Late fee payments can be paid at the center while picking up their student using cash or check or through our online invoice.

Campers should bring a reusable water bottle for easy use (water fountains available at the center), two snacks (AM and PM plus a third snack if your child is staying for extended care time) and a healthy packed lunch. Please label all personal items with your child’s name. Snacks and Lunch may not contain nuts or items made in a nut facility.

Comfortable, activities-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

All cancellation/change/withdrawal requests received by April 30, 2026 are eligible for a full refund. No refunds after April 30, 2026

Participation in the summer camp involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or accidents. Parents/Legal Guardians agree to indemnify and hold the Center and its staff harmless from any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from their child’s participation in our programs.
