BelRed Arts Night Market - Call for Performers

Applications close on April 30, 2026 at 5:00 PM or when we have met capacity. We will notify you June 2026 if you have been accepted. Thank you for your patience! Pay ranges will be discussed after being chosen.

We are looking for local artists, bands, cultural performers and DJ primarily located in King County, preferably on the Eastside. Submissions from all backgrounds are welcome.

EVENT DETAILS
Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026
Hours: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Load-in and load-out schedule will be given to you weeks before the event)
Location: BelRed Light Rail Station Parking Lot and 130th Ave NE Attendees: 500+

Insurance: All vendors are required to provide proof of insurance prior to the event and sign a Hold Harmless Contract. If you do not have insurance, please let us know.

Photo/Video Release: By participating as a vendor in the BelRed Arts Night Market, you grant permission to the event organizers to photograph and record video of your booth, products, and staff for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used in print, online, and social media.

Completion of the form doesn't guarantee participation due to limited space. If your application is approved, we’ll send an email to discuss payment.
