Willow & Whiskers Summer Market Vendor Application
Who We Are:
Willow & Whiskers is a nonprofit rescue and bookstore ran exclusively by veterinary professionals dedicated to supporting cats living with Feline Leukemia (FeLV). These cats have limited rescue resources. We’ve built a unique fundraising model through book sales and community markets to provide them sanctuary, medical care, and long happy lives. Every event we run is part of that mission. Vendor fees and sales at the Willow & Whiskers booth go directly toward the care of these special cats.
Tax-Deductible Note
As we are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, vendor fees are considered a donation supporting our rescue efforts. You’ll receive a receipt after submission, which can be used for tax purposes. Always consult a tax professional if needed.

Event Description:
Picture a breezy summer afternoon at the fairgrounds, with local vendors lining up for outdoor shopping, cheerful lighting, and laid-back summer vibes. While a separate carnival will add lively foot traffic, our market stands on its own: a relaxed blend of shopping, summer air, and a feel-good cause. Come for the sunshine, stay for the charm.

Event Setup
• This is an outdoor-only market event
• Vendors will be assigned a 10x10 vendor space
• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and tents if needed
• Electric outlets are available outside but are limited and not guaranteed, please make note if you prefer to be near one
• Setup instructions and arrival times will be provided closer to the event date
Vendor Layout
Vendor layout for this event is fully outdoors, so every vendor will be set up under open skies. We space vendors thoughtfully, avoiding placing similar sellers side by side, and we consider which vendors thrive in different outdoor conditions. Since there’s no indoor fallback for this event, all vendors must be prepared to protect their displays from weather. Lighting will be provided, but additional lighting or shade solutions are recommended to match your needs.
Vendor Requirements
All vendors are responsible for meeting legal requirements related to their products. Food vendors must adhere to cottage law or appropriate food regulations. Food trucks and drink trucks must meet their own specific requirements. Vendors selling items like bath and body products must comply with regulations for their category. Any vendor found not adhering to required legal standards may be asked to leave by the health department. In such cases, no refunds will be given for the vendor spot.
Weather Policy
This event will take place rain or shine. Vendors are expected to come prepared for outdoor weather conditions.
In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions that require cancellation, the decision will be made by Willow & Whiskers or the venue. Vendor fees are nonrefundable, including in the case of weather-related cancellations.
