đźš« RULES & REGULATIONS đźš« 1. Contestants must wear a 40’s, 50’s or early 60’s “pin up themed” outfit. This does not mean a costume from the Halloween store! Dresses, circle & pencil skirts, blouses, crop tops, capris, shorts, no swimwear (modest coverage, exposed navels are fine but in a tasteful nature )  2. No nudity, swimwear, string bikinis or thongs allowed. This is a family event. 3. Contestants must have a “theme” appropriate hairstyle. Please arrive with your hair done prior to contest. You will not be allowed in the contest if your outfit &hairstyle does not fit the theme. ( if you are not dressed appropriate as mentioned above , you will not be allowed on stage ) 4. All participants agree to act in a professional manner; any participant acting in a lewd manner (i.e. simulating sexual acts) will be disqualified. 5. The use of profanity during the question and answer segment and while on stage will result in disqualification. 6. Nudity is strictly prohibited. Any violations will cause immediate disqualification and expulsion from the event. The only thing you should be flashing is your smile! 7. Acceptable props: gloves, glasses, hats, jewelry, small signs, parasols/umbrellas, small handheld items; all others must be pre-approved. Live animals are not allowed, unless it is a licensed service animal. 8. Burlesque/ Chair / Fan dancing is allowed as a talent, BUT in a tasteful manner. KIDS ARE AROUND 9. All participants agree to be accessible immediately after the contest for additional photo shoots, by our 2 approved photographers for this event.. Cell Phone Cameras are allowed and Video... no professional cameras allowed without a press pass. This year we while taking photos, the contestants will be doing a 50/50 raffle walk around as well. 10. Contestants should be dressed in era-appropriate pin up attire. You don’t have to wear “vintage” per-se, but you do have to dress the part of a 40’s, 50’s or early 60's era pin up girl/ rockabilly. Don’t expect to enter if you aren’t dressed the part. Our judges are looking for this! 11. The talent portion of the contest is only 3 mins long with a few seconds of a grace period, If you go over you will be notified. 12. If you show up drunk or otherwise impaired, you will not be participating in the contest! 13. Remember this is for Veterans with PTSD! I didn’t think I would have to explain it this far but with the current situation in the US right now. Many of these veterans have worked in law enforcement at one time or another and we will not let derogatory remarks be made.  14. Since we are a non for profit and do not charge our contestants please bring a items/ item to help with our care package drive for our WI deployed military. That will be emailed this week as well. With instructions due to covid.     15. With the concern about covid still. Please if you do not feel good with any symptoms matching the CDC. Please stay at home, your health is important to us. 16. Masks are allowed to be worn and we will let the judges know if they see make up lines or anything askew with your make up to keep that in mind. 17. I do not believe I have to say this but.. remember PGPU does not tolerate bullying of any type, if you decide to bully name call or anything of this nature. You will be asked to leave.  18. PGPU is a non for profit that supports military veterans and currently serving in the  military. No matter religion, race or creed or sexual orientation. We do not tolerate any form of bullying. 19. If you win the Title of “ Miss Lady Liberty 2026” YOU ARE AN AMBASSADOR OF OUR ORGANIZATION “ ( Party-Girls Pin-Ups INC ) and therefore you are subjected to our conduct code. Â

Code of Conduct 1) Contestant and New Queen Affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good character. 2)Contestant and new queen affirms that she has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of what PGPU stands for and conventions or that will reflect unfavorably on the PGPU Pinup Contest or Nonprofit , its representatives, sponsors and /or licensees. 3)Delegate will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the Miss Lady Liberty Pinup contest and while representing Ninos Classic Car Show. 4)Delegate will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, staff or anyone else involved with or connected to Miss Lady Liberty Contest, Ninos for the Red, White and Troops Car Show or PGPU Non Profit or board members. Defamatory verbal, online and/or written remarks against, the Miss Lady Pinup contest, will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes won, INCLUDING the crown. 5) Any delegate and/or winner found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums will be immediately disqualified. A queen found in violation of this will be stripped of crown. 6) Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior before, during or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises. 7) Also NO TWERKING, gyrating or any other forms of provocative dancing while on stage 8) Delegate agrees to code of conduct statement specified here by answering yes or no here and initialing.
