Performer Participation Terms & Conditions
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Performance Allocation
Submission of this form does not guarantee a performance slot. All performances will be scheduled at the discretion of the Event Coordinator to ensure a balanced and well-run program.

2. Volunteer Participation
Performers participating in the festival are doing so on a voluntary basis and will not receive payment unless otherwise agreed in writing with the event organisers.

3. Supervision of Participants
For groups including children or young people, a responsible adult or group leader must remain present and supervise participants at all times.

4. Safety & Conduct
All performers must follow reasonable directions from event organisers and ensure their performance and equipment are safe and appropriate for a family-friendly community event.

5. Photography & Media
The festival may photograph or film performances for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to images or footage being used by the event organisers in future marketing or promotional material.

6. Event Changes
The Event Coordinator reserves the right to adjust performance times, locations, or programming if required for operational, safety, or weather-related reasons.

7. Acceptance of Terms
