Terms and Conditions of the Sales Event
「主辦機構」指香港國際錢幣聯合展銷會（Hong Kong Coin Show，簡稱「HKCS」）之主辦單位。
“The Organizer” refers to the organizing entity of the Hong Kong Coin Show (“HKCS”).
一、產品及銷售安排
1. Product and Sales Arrangement
本銷售活動發售之產品為「2026版中國龍銀質紀念幣」（下稱「紀念幣」），僅限於展會現場購買。購買權須經網上登記及電腦隨機抽籤分配，主辦機構負責所有相關安排。
The product offered is the 2026 Chinese Dragon Silver Bullion Coin (the “Coin”), available exclusively for on-site purchase at the Show. Purchase rights are allocated via advance online registration and computerized random draw managed by the Organizer.
二、登記資格
2. Eligibility
本銷售活動屬於境外銷售，只接受境外身份的人士參與。
This Sales Event is for overseas applicants only.
登記人須年滿18歲，並持有以下任一有效身份證明文件：
Registrants must be aged 18 or above and hold one of:
1. 香港特別行政區身份證 / Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Identity Card
2. 澳門特別行政區身份證 / Macau Special Administrative Region Identity Card
3. 有效外國護照 / A valid foreign passport
*如同時持有有效的香港特別行政區身份證及澳門特別行政區居民身份證者或有效外國護照，只可選擇其一進行申請；重複或多重申請將被視為無效。
*If you hold both a valid Hong Kong SAR Identity Card and a Macau SAR Resident Identity Card or a valid foreign passport, you may only use one of them for this application. Duplicate or multiple applications will be considered invalid.
三、登記規則
3. Registration Rules
每人僅限一次登記，不得修改或撤回。重複登記將被取消，恕不另行通知。
Each registrant may submit one application only, which cannot be amended or withdrawn. Duplicate registrations will be cancelled without notice.
登記人須於登記時提供以下資料，以作身份核實及聯絡用途：
Registrants must provide the following information for identification and contact purposes:
1. 身份證明文件上的中、英文全名 / Full name in Chinese and English as shown on ID document
2. 出生日期 / Date of birth
3. 身份證明文件頭5位字母（包括英文字母，如適用） / First 5 digits of the ID document number (including letters, if applicable)
4. 手提電話號碼 / Mobile phone number
5. 有效電郵地址 / Valid email address
四、登記時段及購買安排
4. Registration Period and Purchase Arrangement
本登記表格適用於2026年3月30日至4月7日（香港時間：23:59PM）期間之購買申請。每位登記人僅可選擇一個指定購買時段，並須於中籤確認電郵所列明之日期及時間內親臨會場完成購買，逾期購買權將自動失效。中籤者須另購HKCS入場票（一日票：HKD 20；早鳥票：HKD 400）。
This registration form applies to purchase applications for the period from March 30 to April 7 (HKT 23:59), 2026. Each registrant may select only one designated time slot and must attend in person to complete the purchase at the date and time stated in the Lottery Result Confirmation Email. Failure to do so will result in automatic forfeiture of the purchase right. HKCS admission ticket required separately (One-day Pass: HKD 20; Early Bird Pass: HKD 400).
五、抽籤機制
5. Lottery Mechanism
為確保公平，如某一天之登記申請超出限額，主辦機構將以電腦隨機抽籤方式分配購買權。抽籤結果亦會擺上HKCS官網。抽籤過程將由會計師現場監督以確保公平公正。
For fairness, if the number of applications for any day exceeds the available quota, purchase rights will be allocated by computerized random draw, supervised on-site by an independent auditor.
抽籤將於登記截止後兩天內進行，主辦機構將以電郵通知中籤者結果。如因個人電郵設定或系統問題導致未能成功接收通知，主辦機構概不負責。
The draw will take place within two(2) days after the registration deadline. Successful registrants will be notified by email, the results will be published onto the HKCS website. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any failure to receive the notification due to email system or personal settings issues.
六、中籤及購買安排
6. Purchase and Verification Requirements
中籤者須親臨展會，於購買當日年滿18歲，為香港或澳門居民/持有外國護照 ，出示原件身份證明及確認電郵。不接受影印、照片或電子檔。資料不符或無法核實即取消。每人限購10枚（2026年4月10-12日）。
Successful applicants must attend in person, be aged 18+ on purchase date, Hong Kong/Macau residents, and present original ID and Confirmation Email. No photocopies, photos, or digital copies accepted. Inaccurate/unverifiable data leads to cancellation. Limit: 10 Coins per person (April 10-12, 2026).
Successful applicants must attend in person to complete the purchase and must be 18 years of age or above on the purchase date.
Applicants must be Hong Kong or Macau residents and present a valid original Hong Kong or Macau Identity Card or a valid foreign passport for verification.
Photocopies, photos, screenshots, or digital copies will not be accepted.
中籤者須出示由主辦機構發出的確認電郵以作核實，並必須依據電郵內所列明的指定日期及時段到達會場完成購買。
Successful applicants must present the confirmation email issued by the Organizer and attend the venue strictly according to the designated date and timeslot stated in the email.
七、購買權及數量限制
7. Purchase Rights and Quantity Limits
中籤者必須親臨會場購買2026版中國龍銀質紀念幣。購買權不得轉讓、也不能委託他人代為購買。
Successful applicants must purchase the 2026 Chinese Dragon Silver Bullion Coin in person. Purchase rights are strictly non-transferable, and proxy purchases are not permitted.
每人可購買數量如下：
Each successful applicant may purchase up to the following quantity:
2026年4月10日至12日：每人只能和最多只可購買10枚
April 10–12, 2026: Maximum and a fixed quantity of 10 coins per person
八、付款方式
8. Payment Method
本銷售活動僅接受港幣現金或者信用卡（含手續費）付款。付款必須即時完成，否則購買權將即時失效。
Payment for this Sales Event can be made in cash (HKD) or by credit card (a surcharge will apply). Failure to complete the payment on-site will result in immediate forfeiture of purchase rights.
九、驗貨及責任
9. Inspection and Liability
購買人須於完成付款後即場檢查紀念幣。如已離開銷售櫃檯，主辦機構恕不對任何質量、外觀或在離境、報關、海關檢查過程中可能出現之問題承擔任何責任。
Buyers must inspect the Coin immediately after completing the purchase. Once the buyer leaves the sales counter, the Organizer shall bear no responsibility for any quality or appearance issues, nor for any matters arising from customs inspection, declaration, or immigration procedures.
十、價格調整
10. Price Adjustment
紀念幣售價將以國際銀價為基準。若銀價出現重大波動，主辦機構保留調整現場售價之權利。
The selling price of the Coin is linked to the international silver price. In the event of significant market fluctuations, the Organizer reserves the right to adjust the final on-site selling price accordingly.
現在固定價格：港幣 780 一枚
Current fixed price: HKD 780 per coin
十一、個人資料收集聲明
11. Collection of Personal Data
主辦機構於本銷售活動中所收集之個人資料，將用作身份核實、聯絡及公布抽籤結果之用途。
於網上公布中籤名單時，僅會顯示經遮蓋之部分個人資料。
All personal data collected in this Sales Event will be used for identity verification, communication purposes, and publication of lottery results.
Only masked personal information will be displayed when results are published online.
所有個人資料不會提供予任何不相關的第三方。如所提交的資料不完整、不正確或未能核實，主辦機構保留取消該申請人購買權。
All personal data will not be disclosed to any third party.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the purchase rights of applicants whose information is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified.
申請人有權要求查閱及更正其個人資料。所有個人資料將於完成相關用途後於合理時間內刪除或銷毀。
Applicants have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data. All personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the relevant purposes and will thereafter be securely deleted or destroyed.
十二、最終決定權
12. Final Authority
如有任何爭議，主辦機構保留最終決定權，並有權隨時修訂、暫停或取消本銷售活動及其條款而無須另行通知。
In the event of any dispute, the Organizer reserves the right of final decision and may amend, suspend, or cancel the Sales Event and its terms without prior notice.
十三、語言版本
13. Language Version
如中、英文版本之條款及細則有任何歧義，概以中文版本為準。
In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
