UWC Programme Change Request - 2027 Application Cycle

This form is for applicants who wish to change the programme(s) they have applied for at the University of the Western Cape for the 2027 intake.

Before completing this form, please note the following:

1. You must have a COMPLETED application on record with UWC for the 2027 application cycle. This form cannot be used to initiate a new application.
2. Your change request must be submitted BEFORE the closing date of the programme(s) you wish to change to. Requests received after the applicable closing date will not be considered.
3. Submission of an application or a change request does not guarantee placement in your requested programme. Competition for places is high, and meeting or exceeding the minimum entry requirements does not guarantee admission.
4. Once your request has been processed, a CONFIRMATION EMAIL will be sent to the email address provided. Please allow up to 5 working days.
