These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Kitty Clippers, a mobile cat grooming business, to our clients (“you” or “your”). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services Provided
Kitty Clippers provides mobile cat grooming services, including but not limited to:
Full Grooming (dry bath, brush, nail trim, ear and eye cleaning, etc.)
Basic Grooming (brush and nail trim)
Special Treatments (de-shedding, mat removal, etc.)
Additional Services (teddy and lion cut, custom grooming requests subject to availability)
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or add services as needed.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. You can book through our website, mobile app, or by phone.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in retention of deposit paid.
If you are not home at the time of the appointment or the cat is not ready for grooming, or cat is not present you may be charged a 50% no-show fee.
We strive to arrive on time for each appointment, but occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the grooming session. We accept bank transfer and cash.
Prices for services will be quoted before the appointment based on your pet’s specific needs and grooming requirements. All prices quoted are an estimate and can be subject to change depending on circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
You must ensure that your cat is in a safe environment for grooming and that there are no health or behavioural issues that would prevent grooming.
If your cat has any medical conditions, allergies, or special grooming needs, you must disclose this information at the time of booking.
We are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or complications that arise due to undisclosed conditions.
Health & Safety
Our groomer is a trained professional who will handle your cat with care, but please note that grooming can be stressful for some pets.
If your cat becomes aggressive or poses a danger to themselves, the groomer, or others, we reserve the right to stop the grooming session. In such cases, you may be charged for the portion of the service that was completed and/or deposit retained.
Liability
Kitty Clippers will take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your cat during the grooming process. However, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur during the grooming session.
· No liability will be accepted by Kitty Clippers in injury caused by the difficult or aggressive behaviour of your pet.
· No liability will be accepted by Kitty Clippers when any health problem is uncovered or aggravated by any part of the grooming process. We will endeavour to notify you of anything we uncover during the grooming.
Privacy and Data Protection
Kitty Clippers will collect and process your personal data, such as contact details and service preferences, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your information will be used solely for booking, payment, and communication regarding grooming services. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Kitty Clippers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you through our website, email, or other means of communication.
