Step 1: Download the Music Submission File and save a copy in your own drive.

 

 

Step 2: Save your file as "yyyy-mm-name" eg "2026-04-mike"

Step 3: Fill in, save and upload as excel file below. 

*DO NOT not leave any blank lines in the file even if it is for the same session.

*Save everything in one worksheet. DO NOT rename any of the worksheet name, leave it as sheet1.

*DO NOT change any of the header.

*DO NOT submit as PDF, JPEG, PNG or any other formats

Submit in the original file format 

Deadline for submission: By 20th of the month. eg submit by 20th January for the month of January
