Please park in the main parking lot and enter the main gate as depicted in the layout image.
Notify the main gate attendents that you are an IBCA BBQ Meat Turn-in Judge and they will provide you with a yellow wrist band.
Please arrive at the judging area at the following times:
Chicken: 11:45 AM
Pork Ribs: 1:15 PM
Brisket: 2:45 PM
All judges will stage in the Warm-Up Equestrian Arena. The Head Judge will usher judges into the judging area when the session is ready to begin.
All judging supplies will be provided, and the Head Judge will give the necessary instructions before judging begins.
Please do not arrive late. Also ensure your smartphone is fully charged, as it may be used during the judging process.
