Judge Verification (IBCA/Jackpots)

Please park in the main parking lot and enter the main gate as depicted in the layout image.

Judges should arrive in the judging area by 3:45 PM.

Judging will begin at 4:00 PM and continue until approximately 6:30 PM.

There will be three categories: Chef’s Choice, Beans, and Dessert.

All judges will use their smartphones to complete scoring during the judging process. Please ensure your phone is fully charged before arriving.

Notify the main gate attendents that you are an IBCA BBQ Meat Turn-in Judge and they will provide you with a yellow wrist band.

Please arrive at the judging area at the following times:

Chicken: 11:45 AM
Pork Ribs: 1:15 PM
Brisket: 2:45 PM

All judges will stage in the Warm-Up Equestrian Arena. The Head Judge will usher judges into the judging area when the session is ready to begin.

All judging supplies will be provided, and the Head Judge will give the necessary instructions before judging begins.

Please do not arrive late. Also ensure your smartphone is fully charged, as it may be used during the judging process.
