UV DTF decals make it easy to customize a wide range of products such as mugs, coasters, awards, and more. These peel-and-stick transfers produce vibrant color, strong adhesion, and a slightly raised texture that adds depth to your design.

For the best value, multiple designs can be submitted together on a single gang sheet. Printing includes CMYK + white ink, allowing designs to stand out on both light and dark surfaces.

Minimum detail size: Artwork should not include elements smaller than 0.02 in (0.5 mm). Very fine details may not print correctly or may fail to adhere properly.

ℹ️ Application Instructions

1. Clean the surface Surface tempurature should be above 45 degrees farenheight.  2. Prepare the transfer After cutting out your design, while the mask and carrier sheet are both intact, press a soft squeegee over the back of sticker to help secure the print to the film. 3. Remove the carrier sheet backing Slowly peel away the white carrier sheet, making sure all parts of the design stay attached to the clear masking. 4. Position the decal Place the transfer onto the item. 5. Apply the design With the clear masking in place, firmly squeegee the design onto the surface to ensure full contact. 6. Remove the clear glossy masking Slowly peel away the clear glossy masking. If any part of the design lifts, stop, press it down again with the squeegee, and continue peeling.

Optional: Wet application
For easier positioning with large graphics, lightly mist the surface with window cleaner or application fluid. This allows slight repositioning before the decal fully adheres.
