• Price for 2^nd/3^rd/4^th/ property £32 each for 12 Months

Gold Membership

• Full Advert for 12 Months (No commission)
• Linked with Supercontrol or Holiday Bookings Online. Customer can search dates and book  directly via the system
• Price for 1^st property £75 for12 Months
• Price for 2^nd/3^rd/4^th/ property £42 each for 12 Months

All prices are plus VAT at the current rate.

Add your property to the Unique Holiday Cottages website today, by filling in the details below and then we will start building your property page. Invoices will be sent once you complete the form.

Please note, we longer accept properties that can't provide an active Ical which is linked to your property availability calendar. Please email us at contact@holray.co.uk to discuss options.

 

Property Name

If your property is on a complex, please put the property name followed by the complex name. Example ‘The Hayloft at Cross Farm’.

If your property name is a popular one, we suggest you add the village name too. Example ‘The Stables in Wirksworth’. Please note we may choose to add this ourselves if we find there is more than one cottage with the same name, as it will help us to identify enquiries and page views of your property. 

Description

First sentence should include the property name and some keywords. Examples of keywords. luxury holiday cottage, self catering cottage, large holiday accommodation, luxury self catering, dog friendly cottage, dog friendly self catering. And always add the county that your property is located in. Example ‘Devon luxury holiday cottage’.

Second paragraph should include some details of the location and brief description of popular tourist destinations.

Third paragraph should be a very brief description of your holiday cottage. Remember you will be given an opportunity to talk about rooms and facilities on other pages.

Please note it is not permitted to add any URL or links into this part of the website and any adverts displaying URL in the text will be removed from the website.

Town

If a town is included in the postal address please put the village in the village box and add the town which can be described as for example. Nr Matlock.

If you don’t have a land line, please put your mobile phone number in the first box.

 

Holiday Property Address

Downstairs description or all one level accommodation. Describe each room in the downstairs or one level accommodation area, but please don’t go into too much detail about equipment as there is a 600 character limit and we have provided you with a separate page for facilities and equipment. 

First floor description. Describe each room you have on the 1st Floor, but don’t go into too much detail about equipment as there is a 600 character limit.

 

Second floor, mezzanine or attic description. Describe each room, but don’t go into too much detail about equipment as there is a 600 character limit.

 

Notes about your property: Please tell us what guests should know about your property. This isn't a negative, but if there is something you feel a guest should know before they book then it's best to say. It could be anything from an unmade approach road, or an isolated spot, specific property details or even no mobile reception. 600 character limit.
