Thank you for applying to take part in our Programme (defined below). We are excited toreview your application. Please read the below terms and conditions before submitting yourapplication. If you have any questions about the below terms, please contactoriginalvideocasting@ladbiblegroup.comFor the purposes of these terms and conditions:“Producer” means LADbible Group Limited with registered office address 20 Dale Street,Manchester, M1 1EZ“Programme” means a potential football-related programme to be produced by the Producerconsisting of three (3) different segments.By applying for the Programme you hereby agree and/or confirm the following:1. You are aged eighteen (18) years or over and have the right to reside or lawfully residein the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (“UK”) and you may be requiredto provide proof that you are a British national or of your right to reside in or lawful residenceof the UK. Acceptable forms of ID to prove you are over 18 include: (a) a photo drivinglicence, (b) a passport, (c) a proof of age card, such as the PASS card from the nationalProof of Age Standards Scheme.2. You are not an employee of the Producer or a member of their family, agent or anythird party directly associated with the Programme.3. You acknowledge that the Producer has no obligation to produce the Programme andif the Programme is made there will be no obligation on the Producer to exploit theProgramme.4. You shall abide by any rules of the Programme notified to you (as may be amended orsupplemented from time to time) and shall accept that the Producer’s decision(s) in respectthereof as final and binding (including all decisions by the Producer concerning selection ofthe participants) and you agree not to challenge or appeal against those decisions.5. You have answered all of the questions on the application form and you will answerany other questions fully, honestly and accurately and confirm that you have not misled orattempted to mislead the Producer in any way as to your identity, experiences or in any otherway. You agree to keep the Producer informed of any change to these circumstances or theinformation and/or data provided. If you are found to have knowingly supplied inaccurate,misleading or false information at any point, you understand the Producer will be entitled toexclude you from participating in the Programme.6. The Producer may conduct background checks in order to verify any of the informationyou have supplied and you agree to provide the Producer with any assistance or furtherinformation necessary to do this. This could include checks of information that is publiclyavailable online, including information you have made public via social media. Furtherinformation as to the basis upon which we request and process this information can be foundin the Privacy Notice below.7. You agree not to discuss any information concerning the Producer, the Programme oryour possible participation in it, the format (or any part thereof) of the Programme with anyother person or company, whether by means of discussion, letter, press and televisioninterviews, social media postings or otherwise, at any time without the prior written consentof the Producer.8. You confirm you have read the Privacy Notice at the end of this participation form.9. require.You agree to be available at such times and locations as the Producer shall reasonably10. Participants are restricted to a single entry per person, and any additional entriesbeyond the specified limit will be considered void. Multiple entries from the same individualwill not be considered at the application stage.11. You are responsible for all costs associated with your application in the Programme,including but not limited to: mobile network usage costs, data usage costs and costsassociated with your internet provider. The Producer accepts no responsibility for anycharges you may incur. The Producer recommends that for your ease in completing theProgramme application form and to reduce any mobile network charges you might incur youuse an available wireless network.12. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms andconditions upon agreeing to apply for the Programme. The Producer reserves the right torefuse entry to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.13. The Producer reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend theProgramme where it becomes necessary to do so (in the Producer’s sole discretion).14. Insofar as is permitted by law, none of the Producer, its agents or distributors will, inany circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate the winner/winners of theProgramme or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurringas a result of taking up the prize(s) except where it is caused by the negligence of theProducer, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are notaffected.15. These terms and conditions and this Programme are governed by English law. If anyparticipants wish to bring court proceedings, then they must do so in the English courts.These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 25 March 2026.Please note that the Producer may update and amend these Terms and Conditions fromtime to time and we will inform you of any changes via email.
