Terms and conditions - In the event that SG Coaching has to cancel a camp for any reason other than weather a full refund will be provided. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made by customers up to 14 days before the start of a camp. Within 14 days of a camp commencing if a replacement can be found then a full refund will be provided. If no replacement is found then no refund will apply. ALL refunds are subject to a £5 payment processing fee. SG Coaching, the coaching staff or Carlton CC will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings brought to the camp. We will aim to continue activities in poor weather, however, in the case of extreme weather (eg thunder and lighting, lying water on ground) we may have to cancel until play can resume; which would require your child to be picked up from the ground. Unfortunately we will not be able to apply any refunds for cancellation in extreme weather conditions.
