Vendor check-in time slots will be assigned between 8am and 11am to unload vehicles and set up booth space. Please plan to arrive, unload, and set up during your assigned time slot. Specific logistics will be communicated via email prior to the event.

Vendors must have a person present at their booth at all times and should plan to stay for the duration of the festival (12pm - 6pm). Vendors should be cleared from the park by 7:30pm.

Due to limited parking and the need for ADA parking spaces, vendors are not permitted to park in the Mill Race parking lot. You may unload your car and park at the Cummins lot across the street, then it's a short walk back to the park.
