  • 2026 Columbus, IN Pride Festival Vendor Application

    All vendors are required to fill out this form to apply for a booth at the festival. Vendors are only confirmed once the required documents and payment is received. This must happen prior to August 12, 2026. A release form must be signed by each vendor prior to application approval. That release is contained in this application. Once you have completed your application, please watch your email for next steps and detailed day-of information.
  • 2026 Columbus, IN Pride Festival Info:

    The 2025 Columbus, IN Pride Festival is Saturday, 9/6/2025 from 12-6pm at Mill Race Park in Columbus, Indiana. 

    Vendor Requirements:

    • Vendors and organizations tabling at Pride must show proof of anti-discrimination policies in order to participate in our event (exceptions include individuals, independent artists/artisans, and students). Please email info@columbusinpride.org with questions.
    • Vendors must show proof of Day-of-Event Insurance. 
    • Please make all checks payable to Columbus, IN Pride Inc. and mail to PO Box 1894, Columbus, IN 47202
    • Vendor sign ups (via this form) and payments (via Givebutter or check) must be received by August 12, 2026. 
    • If your required documents and/or payment have not been received by this date, we are unable to guarantee a spot at the festival.
    • Volunteers may be available to help vendors load/unload vehicles, but it is not guaranteed. Please come prepared to load/unload and set up your own booth. 
    • Vendors may unload vehicles in the small parking lot in Mill Race Park once you have checked in, but are not permitted to park there. Your car must be moved after you unload. This parking lot is our ADA parking spaces and violators will be towed.
    • CPF is unable to provide tents, tent weights, booths, tables, chairs, etc. Please plan to bring your own items to set up your booth and operate it in any wather condition (wind, sun, rain, etc)

    Pride Festival Timeline:

    • Vendor check in time slots will be assigned between 8am and 11am to unload vehicles and set up booth space.
    • Please plan to arrive, unload, and set up during your assigned time slot. Specific logistics will be communicated via email prior to the event.
    • Vendors should plan to stay for the duration of the festival (12-6pm).
    • You MUST have a human physically at your booth at all times while the festival is open. You may not set up a booth and leave. 
    • Vendors should be cleared from the park by 7:30pm.

    RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

    IN CONSIDERATION for being permitted to participate in Columbus Pride Festival,

    THE UNDERSIGNED ACKNOWLEDGES THE FOLLOWING:


    1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I, the undersigned, know that accessing a booth at Columbus Pride Fest comes with risk, and I do so out of my free will and choice. In choosing to do so, I fully accept and assume all risks, whether before, during, or after the event. These include, without limitation, property damage, physical injury, mental injury, emotional distress, trauma, illness, death, contact with other participants, the effects of weather including extreme temperature or conditions, traffic, contact with motor vehicles of all types and descriptions, collision with other participants or fixed objects, road conditions, and participating in events along the route. All risks are known and appreciated by me. I waive any and all specific notice of the existence of the risks. I shall assume and pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of injury, illness, or other incapacity regardless of whether I authorize such expenses.


    2. HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE: The Columbus Pride Fest, the officers, directors, management, officials and volunteers assisting in the event, the sanctioning organization or any subdivision thereof, grounds operators, grounds owner, officials, promoters, sponsors, advertisers; owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the event and each of them, their officers and employees, all for the purpose herein referred to as "releases," from all liability to the undersigned, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise while the undersigned is participating in the event.


    3. HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney’s fees) they may incur due to the presence of the undersigned participating in the event and whether caused by the negligence of the releases or otherwise.


    4. HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE due to the negligence of releasees or otherwise while participating in the event.


    THE UNDERSIGNED expressly acknowledges and agrees that the activities of the event are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or property damage. THE UNDERSIGNED further expressly agrees that the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the by of the State in which it is operated in and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.


    THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNS THE RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.

    Non-profit booths receive one 10'x10' booth space free of charge. If additional booth space is needed, please contact us for pricing. In lieu of a vendor fee, a small donation would be greatly appreciated.

    Proof of non-profit status is required.

    All vendors age 12-19 will receive a scholarship from IYG Columbus for one 10'x10' booth space free of charge. We encourage vendors age 12-19 to request space in the Teen Area.

    **If you are under 18 years old your parent must fill out this form, sign the documents and obtain insurance for you. We must have contact information for that person as well so that we can communicate with them regarding these things**

  • Independent artists/artisans

    We want Columbus, IN Pride Festival to be accessible to a variety of vendors, including local artists and artisans. We are offering an opportunity for a reduced vendor fee ($50). Completing this form and the question below will serve as your application for the reduced vendor fee.

  • Food/Beverage Vendors

    A food/beverage space is $150. 

    This does not include water or electricity. Access to electricity and water at our venue are nearly nonexistent. Food/beverage vendors are encouraged to use their own generators when possible. If you absolutely need water andor electricity please be sure to reach out to us at vendors@columbusinpride.org prior to completing this form so that we can discuss this with you.  

    Vendor sign ups (via this form) and payments (via Givebutter or check) are due by August 12, 2026. If your payment has not been received by this date, we are unable to guarantee a spot at the festival.

    A for-profit space is $100. Additional spaces are $50 each (a for-profit vendor requiring 2 spaces would pay $150 total). Access to electricity at our venue is nearly nonexistent. If electricity is absolutely needed, please email vendors@columbusinpride.org. Attn: Kelly once you have completed this form.
