By Checking this box, I agree to the 2026 PCNP Annual Educational Conference Speaker Agreement Terms (Summarized Below).
We
will NOT
provide foam core boards the poster displays.
We will provide easels for your poster boards.
Maximum size – 48” wide x 36” tall.
All presenters MUST attend the full conference and are responsible for covering their own lodging, travel, and conference registration expenses.
Presenters must set up their poster Thursday, Oct. 15, between 2:00 PM –6:00 PM
Presenters must be available to present their poster during the morning and afternoon breaks Friday, Oct. 16 (excludes lunch).
Posters must remain displayed until Saturday, Oct. 17. Posters may be disassembled immediately following lunch on Saturday.
