At Sweet Bites, every order is prepared fresh to ensure the best quality and taste. Please review our ordering policy below.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your order. Payments are accepted via Venmo or Zelle. Orders will only be scheduled once payment has been received.

Order Confirmation

Once payment is submitted, you will receive a confirmation via text or email verifying your order details and pickup time.

Pickup Time

Orders are prepared fresh according to the selected pickup time. We kindly ask that you arrive on time so your order can be enjoyed fresh and warm.

Late Arrivals

If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee the temperature or quality of orders picked up after the scheduled time.

Refund Policy

Because all items are made fresh to order, all sales are final. Sweet Bites reserves the right to decline refund requests.
