FOOD VENDOR (Fee can be paid in advance or on event day). The following food vendors are pre-approved to serve as food vendors during this years 50th anniversary event. We no longer accepting new food vendor applications.

Describe or list what you will be selling at your station (i.e. Tshirts, hats... If food list the food itmes you will sell i.e. tacos, empanadas, shaved iced etc. . )

ARTIST VENDOR - DAY 1 ONLYFree

DAY 1 - Sept 12 @ Delaware Art Museum only. This is reserved for all artist who will be showcasing their art or doing live art during the live concert at the Delaware Art Museum. Youth artists are welcome and encouraged to participate. 2 vendor passes approved. Everyone else will require to pay $10 entry free.

Booth Space (Reserved for sponsors only)$1,000.00

Due to the limited spaces, we can only reserve booth /information spaces to our sponsors. Booth sponsor levels begin at $1000, but there is a 50% discount for non profits. Please contact India Colon-Diaz to get the approved sponsor rate and code for the discount at (302) 528-4024.

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT - NO REFUNDS

It is understood that if this is a "Rain or Shine" event, Nuestras Raices reserves the right, in good faith, to stop or cancel the performance should the weather pose a potential danger to our staff, the equipment, or audience. Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is paramount in all decisions. Money will not be refunded in the event the festival is cancelled due to the inclement weather or safety. We do continue the festival during regular rain days as we are under cover at the location. We honor free entry the following year if we have to cancel due to emergency or safety issue.
