Calling all college coaches! Please join us for our 37th Annual College Showcase. This is an opportunity to watch tennis, meet over 120 high school players and attend a coaches session. 

Registration will be open until Saturday, November 7th at 4pm. Coaches who register after Friday, October 30th will not be guaranteed a pre-printed name tag or their preferred lunch order.

The first 10 coaches who register will receive a giveaway.

When you arrive at the PayPal page, you will be able to pay by either your PayPal account (first option) or Credit / Debit card (second option).

Photo Waiver

I hereby acknowledge and grant to the United States Tennis Association Incorporated Eastern Section ("USTA Eastern, Inc."), their related entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and to such other persons as USTA Eastern, Inc. may designate or give permission to from time to time (collectively, "Licensees"), the absolute, irrevocable right and permission to use, in any manner, throughout the world, in perpetuity, my name, voice, portrait, likeness, biographical information, testimonials and statements (including but not limited to photographs, video, film and/or other recordings of me), either alone or accompanied by other material, in any media and formats whether now known or later developed, for any purpose relating to developing and promoting the growth of tennis in the United States, and advertising and publicizing USTA Eastern, Inc. and its products and/or services. I agree that any recordings, images, photographs, film and/or videotape taken of me by the Licensees are owned by USTA Eastern, Inc., including the copyright. If I should receive any copy thereof, I shall not authorize its use by anyone else. I hereby waive all my rights to inspect and approve the finished product and materials, their use or such visual, written or audio copy as may be used in connection therewith.

Liability Release and Waiver

Participant/attendee waives and releases any and all rights and claims against the Released Parties for any injury or loss suffered while taking part in a USTA Eastern Event. Acceptance of participant/attendee’s entry in an USTA Eastern Event is without assumption or responsibility of any kind by the Released Parties, host facility or the management of any event in which participant/attendee may be entered or may participate. In consideration of the acceptance of participant/attendee’s entry, participant/attendee does hereby for and on behalf of myself, and my heirs and my legal representatives release and forever discharge the Released Parties, their officers, committees, representatives, employees, coaches, and volunteers, of and from any and all claims and damages, losses or injuries, including, without limitation, the risks of contracting a communicable disease or illness including, but not limited to, exposure to COVID-19, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, which may be suffered or sustained by me in connection with my activities during the period for which such permission is granted and any period traveling to and from the events described, and all claims are hereby waived and released, and participant/attendee covenants not to sue therefore. Such waiver and release shall apply to any liability caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties in connection with participant/attendee’s entry or participation in the events.

I, Participant and/or Participant’s parent or legal guardian, have read and have understood this Release and Waiver. I understand by signing this Release and Waiver, I have given up substantial rights. I have voluntarily signed this Release and Waiver. I am at least 18 years of age and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this Release and Waiver before signing below, and I fully understand the contents, meanings and impact of this Release and Waiver. I agree that this Release and Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the United States and that if any one or more of the provisions contained in this Release and Waiver, shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability, shall not impact any other provision of this Release and Waiver, and this Release and Waiver shall be curtailed, limited or eliminated only to the extent necessary to remove the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability.
