Match-Making Buyer/Vendor Lounge Application
One-on-one meetings
The Match-Making Buyer/Vendor Meetings Program at the Summit is an opportunity for green specificers, facilities, maintenance and operation staff to meet with vendors that specifically provide green products/services they're interested in seeing.
Matchmaking is a simple system in which the "buyers" list the various green products and services they'd like to discuss on their application form. Vendors from those particular categories are then matched up with a 15 minute meeting. This allows you efficient use of your time by focusing on the products and services you came to the event to see.
Anyone that is directly, or indirectly, involved in purchasing or specifying green products and services qualifies as a buyer for the lounge. Such as Facilities Planners, Architects, CBOs, Superintendents and Planning Directors. Anyone over Maintenance and Operations, Facilities, Planning or Construction can participate.
All meeting arrangements are coordinated through the Sustainability Coordinator at Green Technology, who will work directly with you prior to the event to ensure your meetings fit your needs.
The meetings run from 10:00am to 4:30pm on September 16, 2026. You will have between 4 to 5 meetings in your time participating in the program. Complimentary tea and coffee will be served throughout the day as well.
Participants of the program receive a complimentary pass to the full Summit's education program on September 15th & 16th, a value of $295. This pass also includes access to the keynote sessions, lunch for both days, welcome reception on September 15th, 20-year Anniversary Gala & Leadership Awards reception and exhibit floor. An All Access Pass to both days of the 20-year anniversary Summit!
