La tarifa por cualquier ensayo que nesecite del oficiante, antes de la ceremonia será a de $50.00 (dentro de 20 millas del código postal 77084). La pareja puede, por supuesto, ensayar sin el oficiante de ningún costo.

The fee for any rehearsal that requires the officiant's presence before the ceremony will be $50.00 (within 20 miles of ZIP code 77084). The couple may, of course, rehearse without the officiant at no cost.

2) El depósito inicial, en cualquier caso, no es reembolsable. El saldo de la tarifa determinado por este acuerdo será no rembolsable 2 semanas antes del día previsto de la boda. En otras palabras, si el contrato se cancela menos de 2 semanas antes del día previsto para la boda, el saldo permanecerá pendiente y deberá pagarse como si la boda hubiera tenido lugar. Si en algún caso se reprograma la fecha de la ceremonia o se cambia la dirección por cambios no urgentes o no relacionados con el clima, se aplicará adicional de $100.00. 

Retraso: Si la ceremonia inicia tarde o se extiende mas alla del tiempo contratado, se aplicara un cargo addicional de $100 por cada 30 minutos de retraso o tiempo addicional requerido. Este cargo aplica independiente de la causa del retraso.

 Si al momento programado la ceremonia no puede comenzar debido a retrasos significativos, falta de preparacion, ausencia de personas esenciales o cualquier otra circustancia fuera del control del oficiante, El Oficiante se reserva el derecho de cancelar sus servicios y retirarse del del lugar sin obligacion de permaneser mas tiempo. Cualquier deposito o pago realisado estara sujeto alos terminos de cancelacion establesidos en este acuerdo.

2) The initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. The remaining balance of the fee established by this agreement will become non-refundable 2 weeks before the scheduled wedding date. In other words, if the contract is canceled less than 2 weeks before the scheduled wedding date, the remaining balance will still be due and must be paid as if the wedding had taken place. If, for any reason, the ceremony date is rescheduled or the location is changed due to non-urgent reasons or reasons unrelated to weather conditions, an additional fee of $100.00 will apply. 

Delay: If the ceremony starts late or extends beyond the contracted time, an additional charge of $100 will be applied for every 30 minutes of delay or extra time required. This charge applies regardless of the cause of the delay. 

If, at the scheduled time, the ceremony cannot begin due to significant delays, lack of preparation, absence of essential bridal party, or any other circumstance beyond the officiant’s control, the Officiant reserves the right to cancel their services and leave the place without any obligation to remain longer. Any deposit or payment made will be subject to the cancellation terms established in this agreement.

En caso de que el oficiante no pueda realizar la ceremonia debido a circunstancias imprevistas, como enfermedad, hospitalización u otras interrupciones significativas, el contrato del oficiante debe incluir una cláusula que aborde estas situaciones. Esta cláusula debe especificar que el oficiante hará todo lo posible por notificar a la pareja y organizar que otro ministro ordenado realice la ceremonia. Si no hay sustituto disponible, el oficiante devolverá todo el dinero pagado por la pareja y no será responsable de ningún daño, incluidos los punitivos, por la incumplimiento de la ceremonia o función. Es fundamental que ambas partes comprendan y acuerden estos términos.

In the event that the officiant is unable to perform the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, hospitalization, or other significant disruptions, the officiant's contract should include a clause addressing these situations. This clause should specify that the officiant will make every reasonable effort to notify the couple and arrange for another ordained minister to perform the ceremony. If no substitute is available, the officiant will refund all money paid by the couple and will not be liable for any damages, including punitive damages, resulting from the failure to perform the ceremony or function. It is essential that both parties understand and agree to these terms.
