Please provide your best mouth-watering description of your dish, including what it is, main ingredients, etc., but please keep it to 50 words or less for time's sake at the event. This description will be read aloud, exactly how it is written here, during the program/judging.
Before submitting, please be sure that you will be available and willing to provide a dish for the Sweet Onion Cookoff on Monday, May 4th at 6:30 PM.

All entries MUST contain locally grown sweet onions, and dishes will be judged by a panel of non-local judges on appearance/presentation, creativity, and overall taste.

A follow-up email or phone call will be made to all contestants registered closer to the event with any further details, including exact categories and prizes, and to confirm participation.
