Before submitting, please be sure that you will be available and willing to provide a dish for the Sweet Onion Cookoff on Monday, May 4th at 6:30 PM.
All entries MUST contain locally grown sweet onions, and dishes will be judged by a panel of non-local judges on appearance/presentation, creativity, and overall taste.
A follow-up email or phone call will be made to all contestants registered closer to the event with any further details, including exact categories and prizes, and to confirm participation.
