Thank you for participating in Alleah Bucs Photography LLC, Easter Bunny Sessions! Mini sessions include a limited amount of digital images, with the option to add more. Images will be available within 5 business days of your session. Additional images, as well as prints, will be available upon gallery delivery.

If you have questions, please reach out! Plan to arrive to your scheduled session 5-10 minutes ahead of time. Since these are scheduled back to back with minimal buffer time between, it's imperative you communicate if you're running late!!

Client agrees that photographs may not be edited, changed, and/or cropped in any way by themselves or any other party (friends, family, other photographers etc.) outside of Alleah Bucs Photography LLC. If posting to social media platforms where cropping is applied automatically, please give photo credits: Alleah Bucs Photography @alleahbphoto
LIABILITY: Participant agrees to hold Alleah Bucs Photography LLC, and all successors, assigns, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents completely harmless and not liable, and releases them from all liability whatsoever and agrees not to sue them on account of or in connection with any claims, causes of actions, injuries, damages, costs or expenses arising out of Participants use of or presence of facilities, including without limitation, those based on death, bodily injury, property damage, including consequential damages, except if damages are caused by the direct, willful and wanton gross negligence.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: If inclement weather or other adverse conditions prevent the session from meeting the photographer's artistic standards she may elect to reschedule OR the session may be moved to her studio located in Mount Holly, NJ. You, the client, will be given the option to reschedule, or retain session date and time for indoors.
FAILURE TO PERFORM: If the photographer cannot perform due to illness or emergency, the session will be rescheduled. If a reschedule cannot be obtained client will get a gift certificate to use for a future session. The photographer will have no further liability to the contract. This limitation on liability also applies in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer.
PAYMENT: Alleah Bucs Photography LLC, shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said time. For this reason, in the event that the client cancels the contract (session) for any reason with, all monies paid shall be retained by Alleah Bucs Photography, LLC, in order to offset its loss of business. Session fee due to sudden onset of illness may be applied to a future session held within 6 months of original session.
DIGITAL FILES: The CLIENT understands Alleah Bucs Photography LLC, owns the copyright to all photos, including those that are placed on disk or digital download. The photographs produced by Alleah Bucs Photography LLC, are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Alleah Bucs Photography LLC, explicitly written permission. The photos MAY NOT be edited, cropped or changed in any way without written permission from Alleah Bucs Photography LLC. Photos are to be used for personal use only. The CLIENT accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the photographs. Alleah Bucs Photography LLC, is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read images provided. It is the CLIENT'S responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required.
Client agrees to use photographs for personnel use only. Client also agrees pictures will be used for personal printing purposes, displays in home, and/or social media only, and not used commercially.
Client agrees not to enter photographs into contests or publish them in any media sources without photographer’s permission.
MODEL RELEASE: I hereby give Alleah Bucs Photography, LLC, the irrevocable right to use my picture, portrait, or photograph in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purposes, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s) or finished version(s) incorporating the photograph(s), including written copy that may be created and appear in connection there with.
