I further certify that, if awarded the Natasha Warshaw Instrument Flight Rating Scholarship, I will:

§ Use the funds solely for the specific purpose for which I am applying

§ Begin training within 30 days of notification and complete the award within 12

months of the scholarship award.

§ Advise Mentor of my progress as it occurs.

§ Maintain eligibility requirements throughout the award period.

§ Communicate and provide timely notification of milestone achievement, and

changes to contact information to the San Diego Chapter through the end of the

award period or when I earn my certificate.
