      We require from all applicants to have:

      * A Website or an Etsy Shop or a Shopify Shop 

      * An Instagram Account for your brand (not personal) (will be used to communicate)

      ► HOW MUCH?

      One Day: $170 + GST ​​+ QST (Total of $195.46) for one 6ft table

      $195 + GST ​​+ QST (Total of $224.20) for corner space with two 6ft tables

      $210 + GST ​​+ QST ( Total of $275.94) for 10'x10' space for a tent

       

      Full Weekend: $300 + GST ​​+ QST (Total of $344.93) for one 6ft table

      $350 + GST ​​+ QST (Total of $402.41) for corner space with two 6ft tables

      $430 + GST ​​+ QST (Total of $494.39) for 10'x10' space for a tent

       

      Early Bird Special: If you sign up for the whole season before May 1st then you  receive a 15% Discount

       

      Included on day of the event: 1 bottle of water, 6 ft Table/s (Please let us know if you bring your own), Tablecloth.

       

       

       Pop-Up Policy: Before completing the application, please read the market policies and important details below.

      -The markets at the Premium Outlets Montreal are outdoors and take place rain or shine

      -Vendors are required to be set-up and ready 15 minutes before mall opening each day and can begin taking down no earlier than 6 pm each day

      -Vendors will NOT be allowed to set-up if not ready 15 minutes before mall opening each day

      -Vendors will NOT be allowed to set-up in future if they take down set up  earlier than 6 pm each day

      -Vendors will be responsible for bringing their own chair(s). Camping style chairs are not permitted at the mall

      -Vendor allocated market space is approximately 6.25ft and only fits one 6ft table

      -If you require additional space, please choose corner or tent space; where you must provide your own tent

      -There is no overnight storage

      -Choice of vendors to be limited to handmade and curated products that are non-competing with any mall retailers

      -Food vendors will be required to own the appropriate Quebec permits (MAPAQ)

      -No brand name products and resellers will be permitted

      -All displays, artworks and vendors are subject to mall management approval

      - The 15% discount is offered if the entire season is requested & paid for

      -Load-in details will be provided the week of the event

      - $15 fines per tablecloth will be charged if the tablecloth is damaged

       

      Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not provided.

      If you cancel 2 weeks before the event, you will be given a credit towards another future event. If you cancel less than 2 weeks (14 days) before the event, no credit or refund will be issued.
