Prospective Family Application

Thank you for your interest in Legacy Classical Christian Academy. Please complete the Prospective Family Application and the level-specific application appropriate for each of your students. After your application is received, we will hold your family interview. Within 7 days of your interview, we will let you know if we determined that LCCA is a good fit for your family. Then, in order to secure your spot, you will send your deposit fee of $200 to:

As the parent of the aforementioned student(s), I give permission for my child to be treated in case of an emergency. I do not hold the Legacy Classical Christian Academy or it's ministry partner responsible for any injuries which occur to my child while on the premises or at a school event. Effective August 1, 2026 through May 30, 2027. I approve.

I give my children permission to participate in the LCCA program and hereby waive, release and forever discharge any and all claims or responsibilities of CCA, it's ministry partners or premises, employees, volunteers, officers, agents, or servants for damages or injuries which may arise to my children. I approve.

I recognize that being part of LCCA is a privilege. I have read the LCCA manual fully and carefully. I, my spouse, and my student understand and agree to follow ALL the policies found in the LCCA manual, including but not limited to the academic integrity policy, parental roles and responsibilities, and generally doing our best with all tasks put before us for the glory of the Lord. I understand that not adhering to the outlined policies may result in expulsion from the program without refund. We accept.
