If your non-profit organization is selected to participate in the 2026 festival, you will receive a contract to sign along with a link to upload your required documents.

These documents—including the signed contract, your 2026 Certificate of Insurance, and a W-9 form—must be submitted by June 19, 2026.

If the required documentation is not uploaded by the deadline, another applicant group may be invited to replace your team.
