General responsibilities of an Assistant Director include frequent communication with the Director, aiding in creating the background guide, aiding in the excecution of Crisis, and taking notes during debate. Compared to the Director position, the Assistant Director does not have to commit as much time and is a great role to be in if this is your first time staffing. The ideal Assistant Director candidate would have been to at least four conferences, a willingness to learn, and a passion for MUN.
Flex Staff
As Flex Staff you would be support for the secretariat and staff primarily during the conference.
