    Thank you for choosing our Summer Virtual Academy. Once you submit your application, it will automatically be forwarded to your school principal or principal’s designee for review and approval. You will receive an email notification informing you whether your application has been approved or denied. If approved, additional instructions will be provided regarding payment submission through School Cash Online. If your application is denied, you must contact your school principal directly for additional information regarding the decision.

    I understand and agree that I am responsible for independently completing all required online coursework by dedicating the necessary time, effort, and attention required for successful completion of the Summer Virtual Program. I further understand that all course requirements must be completed no later than Friday, July 24, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CST. Failure to complete the course requirements by the stated deadline may result in a failing grade for the course(s).

    I understand that cheating, plagiarism, unauthorized collaboration, and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or programs to complete assignments, assessments, discussions, or coursework are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the course instructor or program administrator. Violations may result in disciplinary action, removal from the program, denial of credit, and/or a failing grade.

    I understand that my application must be approved by my school principal or the principal’s designee prior to enrollment in the program. An official school email address for the principal or principal’s designee is required as part of the application and will be used for verification and approval purposes.

    I further understand that official transcripts and approval lists will be sent directly to the school to help ensure the integrity of the program and prevent fraudulent activity. I also acknowledge that all program fees are nonrefundable and that payments must be submitted electronically through School Cash Online.
