You might consider how they support their team, mentor apprentices, contribute to the plumbing industry, or make a meaningful difference in their community through volunteering, helping others during tough times, or quietly leading by example.

The winner will enjoy a Toyota AFL Corporate Suite experience including flights (if required), accommodation and hospitality.
