  • A hot work permit is required to help limit the risk of fire. This permit will be required when you are carrying out work that may result in an open flame, sparks or heat (hot enough to ignite nearby materials). Jobs may include brazing, metal cutting, grinding, soldering or welding

  • If you are engaging a contractor to carry out work on your vessel at Seaview Marina, they must be approved by Seaview Marina.

    If the contractor is not already approved, they are required to complete the marina’s Health & Safety induction and provide evidence of $5 million public liability insurance to the marina office.
