  • This form must be submitted at least 24 hours before work commences.

  • A hot work permit is required to help limit the risk of fire. This permit will be required when you are carrying out work that may result in an open flame, sparks or heat (hot enough to ignite nearby materials). Jobs may include brazing, metal cutting, grinding, soldering or welding

    2. Operator competency certificates (for those who will be carrying out work on the SML site)
    3. On arrival to site, please ensure they sign in and sign out
