By signing this nomination form we, the Nominee and the Nominee’s Club, acknowledge that we have read and understood the ‘Guidelines and Conditions’ for the NEARLY WILL’S SCHOLARSHIP.

We also understand that the Scholarship shall be revoked should the recipient NOT continue active duties with their respective Club; OR should the recipient NOT continue with their Higher Education Course/Degree or Trade Qualification/Apprenticeship for the 2026 Calendar Year; OR should the recipient NOT provide the WBC Branch with 6-monthly reports of their activities (due 30 June & 31 December)
