The Application Process
1) Apply: Complete the Pre Con Service Crew application form below.
2) Notification: You will be notified of your acceptance status by Ava Larsen, our 2026 Service Crew Lead.
3) Registration: Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique discount code via email to complete your conference registration.
Service Crew Benefits
All Service Crew members receive a free conference t-shirt and a registration discount:
New Crew Members: $35 off the Early Bird rate.
Returning Crew Members: $50 off the Early Bird rate (for those who served on Crew in Black Mountain, Madison, Estes Park, or Pittsburgh within the last 4 years).

Do not register for the pre-conference until you have been officially accepted and received your discount code. We are unable to provide refunds for the price difference if you register prior to receiving your code.
Commitment & Orientation
Hours: Crew members typically work between 6 and 12 hours before and/or during the conference.
First Timers: We highly encourage first-time attendees and volunteers to apply! Previous experience is not required.
Orientation: All accepted members must attend one Service Crew Orientation (dates to be announced).
Selection: Positions are filled on a rolling basis; early application is highly encouraged.
