  • Registration Information

    All registrations must be completed, and tickets purchased, between March 16th and March 27th

    REGISTRATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT ON March 27th!

    There are two types of registrations.

    Single Registration - $80.00

    • Students may register as an individual and purchase a single ticket.

    Double Registration - $160.00

    • Students provide all information for themselves AND their date during the registration.
    • The student completing the registration pays for their ticket AND their date's ticket for a total of $160.00.
    • Required for Hopewell students who are bringing a guest who meets one of the following criteria.
      • The guest is in 9th or 10th grade
      • The guest is not a current Hopewell student.
    • The student's date should NOT complete a separate registration form. Completing a separate registration form will result in an additional charge.

    All tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

    A paper copy of the signed permission slip(s) must be presented to pick up your tickets.

    DO NOT turn any forms into the office or the sponsors. All forms will be collected when tickets are distributed.

    Hopewell Dance Rules

    (This webpage outlines all of the rules and policies you and your date must abide by in order to attend the prom. Completion of the registration signifies acceptance of these rules and policies.)

  • Hopewell Student/Registrant Information

     

    Please enter the information as you would like to see it in the program.  Spelling errors will NOT be corrected.  The email address provided in this section will receive the confirmation email.

     


  • You indicated that you are in grade 9 or 10.  Only Juniors and Seniors are invited to register.  If you are attending the prom as the guest of a Junior or Senior, they must purchase your ticket.

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  •  Single Ticket Confirmation

     

  • Please use the "Back" button and change your answer to indicate that you are registering, and purchasing a ticket, for a date/guest.

  • Non-Hopewell students and students in grades 9 or 10 cannot purchase a ticket by themselves.  You MUST purchase their ticket to ensure they are accompanying a current junior or senior from Hopewell. Use the "Back" button and indicate that you do want to purchase a ticket for a guest.

  • Double Registration Confirmation

    You have selected to purchase a ticket for yourself and a guest.  Your guest SHOULD NOT complete another registration.

  • You must inform your date/guest that they SHOULD NOT complete their own registration before you may complete this registration.

    The second section must be completed if you are bringing a date.  Again, the information entered here will be used for the program so please ensure the spelling is correct.

  • Dates From Another High School

    All dates that attend another high school must have the Principal Permission slip completed prior to picking up your ticket.

    Form - Date attends another high school

    If your date is homeschooled, or attends an online school where obtaining a principal permission slip is not possible, you (the Hopewell student) AND your date MUST attend a meeting with the Hopewell High School administration and organization sponsors. The meeting will be held on April 22nd at 2:30 pm in the senior high main office. If you cannot attend this meeting, YOU must schedule an appointment with one of the principals BEFORE the April 22nd date by calling 724-375-6691. 

  • Dates No Longer in High School

    You (the Hopewell student) AND your date MUST attend a meeting with the Hopewell High School administration and organization sponsors.  The meeting will be held on April 22nd at 2:30 pm in the senior high main office.  If you cannot attend this meeting, YOU must schedule an appointment with one of the principals BEFORE the April 22nd date by calling 724-375-6691. 

    An exception to this meeting will only apply if your date graduated from Hopewell High School.  Dr. Kartychak will review discipline records and approve or deny individuals who graduated from Hopewell.

  • ID & Proof of Age

    Any date who has graduated, withdrawn, or attends another high school must submit a photo of thier current student ID, Driver's License, or State ID.  The ID must show proof of age. 

    If a student does not have a official ID issued by the state or school, they must upload a some sort of document that includes a picture and proves their age.  One example would be a screen shot of their "student information" page of their high school.  

    DO NOT upload images of any personal documents or infomration that should remain secure such as social security cards/numbers.  

    If you wish to redact any information on the image, please do so BEFORE you upload the document.  This can be done by editing the image or placing something over the information prior to taking the picture.  An image and date of birth (with the heading indicating it is a birthdate) must be present.  

    If the photo and/or information uploaded is not legible or missing, a dance ticket will not be issued. 

    All uploads will be deleted after the event.

  • Attendee and Parent Agreement

    In agreeing to attend the Hopewell High School Semi-Formal Dance and/or Hopewell High School Prom, students and parents understand and agree to comply with the guidelines set forth within the documents available online and at the beginning of this form.

    If a student is on social suspension at the time of the dance, he or she will not be able to attend the dance AND will not receive a refund.

  • Purchasing Tickets Online

    All online purchases must be completed using PayPal services in order to ensure ease and security.  There are several options available when purchasing tickets. One is for PayPal/Venmo account holders the others are for those who do not have PayPal accounts.

    PayPal Account Holders

    Those individuals with PayPal accounts can sign in and make the purchase using their PayPal accounts OR their Venmo accounts

     Individuals Without PayPal Accounts

    If you do not have a PayPal account you can either create a PayPal account, use Google Pay, or Apple pay (using Safari, or iOS device), or purchase the tickets using a credit/debit card.  If you are using a credit/debit card, select the option and you will be asked to enter the card information.

     

  • There is a $2.40 convenience fee for online payments.

  • Please bring your check to the school in the amount of $80.00 made out to "The Class of 2027".  Ms. Korchnak will be available outside of room 102 before homeroom (7:00AM-7:30AM) and after dismissal (2:30PM-2:55PM).  All checks must be submitted by the end of the day on March 27th.
