Maximising Multi-Actor Project Proposal Success in Horizon Europe.
Universities and research institutes across EU Member States play a key role in supporting researchers to develop successful Horizon Europe multi‑actor proposals. To strengthen their capacity, the PREMIERE project, in collaboration with the EU‑FarmBook, is launching a Train‑the‑Trainers workshop focused on the Multi‑Actor Approach (MAA) – a core methodology for co‑creating impactful, collaborative projects involving practitioners and (end‑)users alongside academia, industry, public authorities, and civil society actors.
This hands-on training equips you with skills and practical tools to better support your teams and researchers in designing clear, collaborative, and well-structured multi-actor projects.
If selected, you will be expected to: attend a 90-min online preparation workshop; participate in the full 2 day face-to face training in Zaragoza, Spain (26 and 27 May 2026); and act as multiplier within your organisation transferring the knowledge and skills gained.
This training is specifically designed for research support, knowledge transfer and administration officers within universities and research institutes across the 27 EU Member States who assist in the development of Horizon Europe multi‑actor projects.
Travel and accommodation costs for all participants will be covered. To ensure a diverse and enriching group, participants will be selected to reflect a range of experiences, geographic areas, and organizational backgrounds. Participants from widening countries are strongly encouraged to apply.
Please complete this training application form (deadline Wedesday 8 April). Your responses will help us to ensure selection of a balanced group of participants and tailor the training content to your experience and interests.
