This form serves as an initial expression of interest for individuals or organizations seeking to partner with the City. Submitting this form allows the City to learn more about your organization, the type of program or service you are proposing, and how it may align with the City’s recreational, educational, cultural, and community engagement goals.

Please note that submission of this form does not constitute approval or an official partnership agreement. All partnership proposals are reviewed by City Leadership and may require additional documentation, agreements, or approval by the Mayor and Commission before moving forward.
