NXT Online Training is for any online user wanting a live demonstration on how to properly use the one call system. Training will be with an ITIC Representative and will walk through how to use My Tickets and how to correctly submit a one call ticket. Training typically lasts about 20 minutes and is done all online. After signing up for the desired date/time, a link will then be emailed to the user provided address at meeting time.
