Dance On! 2026 Summer Intensive Application

Thank you for your interest in 'Dance On!' Please complete the application form below to be considered for the third season of 'Dance On!', July 9/10-12, 2026 at Hubbard Street Dance Chicago.
Applications must be completed by Friday, April 24 for priority consideration.

Offers will be sent out via email on Friday, May 1, and the deadline to register is 11:59pm CST Wednesday, May 6. Participants can pay the $950 or $800 tuition in full upon registration, or lock in their spot with a 50% down payment followed by another 50% payment by June 1. Attendees must be available for the full four-day or three-day session, either Thursday July 9 - Sunday July 12, or Friday July 10 - Sunday July 12.
