  • Registration: Please pre-register. No student may join the class AFTER the first day. The Missouri Real Estate Commission requires students be in the classroom for the full credit hours.

     

    Refund: A full refund of tuition will be given up to 24 hours before the start of class. If a student is unable to attend classes due to illness, death in the family, or other family emergency, the student may attend a future class at no additional charge.

          72-Hour All In-Person Experience (48-Hour + 24-Hour)

          Complete your full 72-hour licensing requirement in a fully immersive, in-person setting. This option combines both the 48-hour and 24-hour courses in the classroom, giving you direct access to instruction, real-time guidance, and a structured environment designed to keep you focused and on track.

        • The Local Real Estate School reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time. Upon cancellation, the student will prorate the tuition refund minus the deposit and cost of materials. There is no guarantee, express or implied, regarding a student's ability to pass the test.

           

          Applicant is hereby advised that the Missouri Real Estate Commission may refuse to issue a license to a person who has been found guilty of forgery, embezzlement, obtaining money under false pretenses, extortion, criminal conspiracy to defraud, or felony offenses. 

           

          Classes are offered contingent on a sufficient number of registered students.
