Registration: Please pre-register. No student may join the class AFTER the first day. The Missouri Real Estate Commission requires students be in the classroom for the full credit hours.

Refund: A full refund of tuition will be given up to 24 hours before the start of class. If a student is unable to attend classes due to illness, death in the family, or other family emergency, the student may attend a future class at no additional charge.

Applicant is hereby advised that the Missouri Real Estate Commission may refuse to issue a license to a person who has been found guilty of forgery, embezzlement, obtaining money under false pretenses, extortion, criminal conspiracy to defraud, or felony offenses.

Classes are offered contingent on a sufficient number of registered students.
