WSA SCOUT/EVAL REQUEST

Use this form to request an evaluation for one of WSA Soccer's National programs.
Request a WSA Scout to attend a future match to observe you play. This can be in a school or club league setting. Please be sure to provide details on this form of the date, time and location of the event.

Request to attend a session for an evaluation. If you are currently registered with another club, the club-to-club protocols will be followed to remain compliant with any governing rules.
