Bring Your Own Setup: All vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and tents. Please ensure that your setup is complete and meets your vending needs for the duration of the event.
Clean-Up Responsibility: It is essential that vendors clean up their designated space thoroughly once the event concludes.
Meeting Point and Time: Vendors are expected to gather at Artist with a Purpose at 2:00 P.M. on the day of the event. Artist with a Purpose is located at 100 South 4th Street, Leesburg, FL 34748. This meeting is essential to allocate spots, provide necessary information, and ensure a coordinated and organized setup. Food Trucks/Food Vendors: All food vendors shall be provided with and abide by, the Leesburg Fire Department Special Event Vendor Checklist. Vendors may be inspected by the Leesburg Fire Department prior to the event to ensure code compliance. If cooking inside the mobile unit, a commercial exhaust hood with a UL300-compliant fire suppression system must be in place along with the proper fire extinguishers. Fire suppression systems and fire extinguishers must have a current inspection and tag at the time of the event inspection.
Waste Disposal: All waste material generated by food trucks and/or food vendors, including, but not limited to, wastewater, fats, oils, and grease, must be contained within the vending area and be disposed of properly. Wastewater, fats, oils, and/or grease may not be drained on the ground, into sanitary sewers or into storm water inlets.
