"Meet the Neutrals Spotlight" Invitation Request for Neutrals

Thank you for your interest in our Meet the Neutrals Spotlight event to be held at the:

LERA 78th Annual Meeting
May 28-31, 2026
in Minneapolis, MN

This event will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 from 6:30PM - 8:30 PM, at the Royal Sonesta (located at 35 S 7th St, Minneapolis, MN 55402) and is open to invited arbitrators and selectors and advocates who have registered for the LERA Annual Meeting.

The Ray Corollary Initiative, Inc. (RCI) is hosting this event as part of the RCI's mission to identify and utilize all of the available talent in the dispute resolution field. Specifically, the RCI seeks to provide opportunities for those who select ADR professionals and for qualified professionals who have not had the same exposure as more established neutrals, to meet, connect, and overcome some of the difficulties that exist in forming new business relationships.

This event is specifically designed for arbitrators and mediators with some experience, but who are not yet well established in their practice. While every opportunity will be made to allow as much participation as possible in this event, space and time limitations may limit the number of invitations available.

The RCI specifically invites arbitrators and mediators with experience in highly-regulated industries such as the federal sector, energy, healthcare, collective bargaining, and transportation to apply for this event. Labor and management advocates are seeking to expand their use of arbitrators and other neutrals who may not yet be well represented in the ranks of those frequently selected to resolve disputes in these industries.

Invitations will be sent to applicants starting on May 4th.
