2. Undersigned will furnish at its expense the sign, which shall be 4 feet by 8 feet Vinyl Banner material of at least 18 Oz. Vinyl minimum with brass grommets at a minimum of every 2 feet around the borders of the sign. Sign borders must be sewn.
3. Town will place the sign on the fence at the beginning of each season (Late March / early April) and take down and store the sign at the end of the baseball season. (Late September / early October). The Town will return or all signs to the undersigned at the end of the term purchased by the Undersigned.
4. The Town may remove any sign that is in poor condition as it determines. The undersigned shall be responsible for replacement of the sign so removed.
5. The Town shall have the sole right to determine where the sign shall be placed on the fence. The sign and its design and message must be approved by the Town before it is displayed on the fence.
6. The Town will not be responsible for any damage to the sign. Repairs or replacement of the sign due to damage caused by wear and tear, wind, vandalism, theft or damage caused by any other reason will be at the Undersigned’s sole expense.
