  • Registration Fee:

    • A $100 non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of enrollment. This fee includes a uniform for new students. The registration fee is waived for returning students.

    Deposit:

    • One-Week Deposit Required:  A one-week deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit will be applied to the final week of your child’s summer camp tuition 

    Bi-Weekly Tuition Billing
    Tuition invoices will be issued bi-weekly for the upcoming two weeks of camp. Payments must be completed through the invoice using the card or ACH payment option.

    The billing schedule is as follows:

    June 2, 2026

    • Week 1: June 15–20 
      Week 2: June 22–26

    June 15, 2026

    • Week 3: June 29–July 1 (3 days only)
    • Week 4: July 6–10

    June 29, 2026

    • Week 5: July 13–17
    • Week 6: July 20–24

    July 13, 2026

    • Week 7: July 27–31
      Week 8: August 3–7

    Automatic Card Charges:

    • Starting June 2, tuition will be charged bi-weekly to the card on file. For example, if you are registered for the week of June 16-20, the charge will occur on June 11.
    • In-School Payments: Must be made the week before scheduled attendance to avoid a $15 late fee.

    Change of Attendance Notice:

    • Two Weeks’ Notice Required: Written notification is needed to change the days your child will attend. Without proper notice, we cannot offer refunds or credits for missed days.

    Dress Code:

    • Field Trips: KTLC T-shirts are mandatory.
    • Class Attire: Taekwondo (TKD) uniform and belt are required daily, except on pool days.

    Additional Fees and Requirements:

    • Drop-in Fee: $10 per occurrence.
    • Extended Care: Available until 6:00 pm for an additional $5 per day.
    • Field Trip Admission Fees: Not included. Admission fees for activities such as Bowling, Swimming, Mini Golf, Movies, ZavaZone, and Skate N Zone must be paid separately.
    • Lunch and Snacks: Not provided. Please pack a nut-free lunch and snacks for your child.

    Discounts:

    • Multi-Week Discount: Additional discounts are available for families registering for 6 or more weeks (minimum 3 days per week).
    • 6+ Week Registration Bonus: Students enrolled for 6 or more weeks will receive one complimentary Summer Camp T-shirt, regardless of Early Bird registration. Additional shirts may be purchased after the first complimentary shirt.
    • Sibling Discount: Additional siblings enrolled will receive $15–$30 incremental discounts per week.
      Camp Hours:
    • Regular Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
    • Extended Care: Available for late pick-up until 5:30 pm for an additional $5 per day.

    Submission of this registration form does not guarantee a spot in the Summer Camp Program. Registration will only be considered complete once the required deposit, signed Summer Camp Agreement, and Waiver forms have been received and approved by Kong’s Taekwondo Learning Center Inc. / Majestic Martial Arts LLC.

    Camp spaces are limited and will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis once all required documents and payments have been received.

    Kong’s Taekwondo Learning Center Inc. / Majestic Martial Arts LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel registration if required forms or payments are not submitted.
