Please complete the following steps before submitting your application:

Food, Beverage or Sweets $145

Nonprofit or Eco-Educator $75

If you want to be an integral part of the festivities by providing a free hands-on, interactive activity for attendees to enjoy, please fill out the sponsor form here. This option is available only to qualifying partners.

Vendors are responsible for having their booths setup by 9:30 am, staying for the entire event and cleaning up their space.*

Vendors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses and insurance to operate at the event as required by the City of Bakersfield.*

Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling*

Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth, products, staff and visitors. Earth Day 661, Green Clean Pros, event partners, sponsors, City of Bakersfield and Kern County Parks and Recreation are not liable for accidents, damages or legal issues caused by vendors.*
